DELIVERY

1. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the product and the country of delivery.
2. Delivery will be made through the Korean post office EMS.

3. It will be shipped on the same day until the payment is completed before 2 p.m. Korean time(KST), and delivery tracking will be available from the day after the shipment. 
4. Delivery takes an average of five to seven days, and may be delayed depending on the international shipping situation.
5. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 
6. The original gift package (gift packaging) is a separate purchase option and costs are added. (Gift package composition: paper bag, shopping bag)

RETURN

1. Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the item. 
2. You can apply for an exchange or return through the place of purchase of the product, and you must ship the product directly to S.Korea.
3. Products whose product value has been damaged by damage or removal, washing and wearing of the TAG cannot be exchanged or returned. 
4. In the case of exchange or return because of a simple change of mind, it will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost, and you have to bear the shipping cost to Korea.
5. In case of exchange or return due to incorrect delivery or defective product & fabric, please contact the customer service
6. Within a year from the date of purchase, defects can be repaired, so please contact the customer service. 
(Depending on defective reasons may not be possible.) 
7. When purchasing couple products, you need to return 2 pieces together.

NOTICE

1. There may be differences in color depending on monitor specifications or settings. 
2. Depending on the size measurement method, there may be an error of 1 to 3 cm.
